Education: B.Sc. in Biochemical Engineering, Technological Institute of Celaya (2009). Laboratory Activity: Made a research of two important fruits in Mexico, named: “Antioxidants in black zapote (Diospyros digyna Jacq.) and mamey (Pouteria sapota Jacq. H.E. Morre & Steam)”. This proyect finished in year 2009 with to great pappers published with colaboration of Fabiola Gutierrez.
